Sophomore Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics major

Aaron Shapiro from Rockville, MD is a sophomore majoring in Cell Biology and Genetics with a minor in International Development and Conflict Management. He wants to pursue a career in international development and health.

Emily Ryan

Senior Biochemistry major

Emily Ryan, from Severna Park, MD, plans to go to graduate school for chemistry or forensics and loves being a teaching assistant for the organic chemistry lab.

Junior Physiology/Neurobiology and Chemistry double major

Robert Same, from Ellicott City, MD, plans to attend medical school eventually, and finds that traveling and playing with the UM Marching Band at football games is one of the most exciting aspects of being a student at Maryland.
